Bailiffs from the Court:

Under the conditions of these Rules on court bailiff in Pakistan for child custody execution proceedings must be handled by an individual to be designated a bailiff of the court who must be licensed by an appointing body under Rule 5 in this Rules and a certificate that appoints him in the format that is specified in the First Schedule of these Rules. The authority appointing the bailiff may permit and nominate any individual to the position of court bailiff in Pakistan for child custody of the court if they are confident that the person– (a) is in good standing and has a good reputation; is equipped with the necessary facilities to ensure safe storage of items; is not an uncharged bankrupt or subject to any bankruptcy proceeding in any country or in any other country.

Rules Committee:

 The Rules Committee may, from time to time, amend the qualification requirements set out in subsection (1) (1) of the rule, as it may decide to be appropriate. In the lead-up to the appointment of the court bailiff and the issuance of a license in that regard, the authority appointing him/her— get recommendations from the applicant’s three references; get reports about the applicant from the district commissioner’s resident; the commander of the district police; the county chief of the county the manager of the institution in which the account is held; (c) verifies the details of the applicant as well as (d) examines the storage facilities of the applicant.
