Justis Huni is the WBO Oriental, IBF Pan-Pacific and WBC Australasian heavyweight champion after beating Joe Goodall in Brisbane by unanimous decision on Wednesday night.

Huni was dominant on the night but suffered a nasty cut late in the fight after an accidental headbutt.
Godall went all out in a thrilling final round but Huni held on, in what commentator Ben Damon called a boxing “masterclass”.
“The world now awaits, something very special is amongst us here in the form of Justis Huni,” he added.
Huni later said it was a “war” against Goodall despite the one-sided score cards, that read 100-90, 98-92, 98-93.

Joe Goodall and Justis Huni have stepped in the ring after some pre-fight drama, with Goodall refusing to leave his dressing room ahead of schedule.
Such has been the fast pace of the evening that only two of the preceding bouts have gone to decision.
It means that Goodall and Huni had to make their ring walk earlier than they anticipated, but despite Huni being ready to go, Goodall was determined to wait and keep his preparation to the original plan.
Main Event boxing commentator Jeff Fenech believed it wasn’t a professional move.
“I wouldn’t be coming out of the room either,” Fenech said.
“Just halfway through the fight, his hands weren’t even taped up yet. But I don’t know who’s fault that is, do you blame his trainer?
“Kevin Barry’s (Goodall’s trainer) my friend, but that’s not real professional to me. We’re here to watch a fight and they should be on time.
“I’m not sure what he’s going to do or what’s in his mindset. But to me, it’s not spelling good vibes. It’s not good at all.”

The pre-fight drama happened after a monster knockout in the co-main event.
Andrei Mikhailovich knocked out Ernesto Espana in the third round with a brutal attack, with commentator saying that it was in the conversation for the “Australian knockout of the year”.
After decimating Espana with a thunderous right hand that sent the 40-year-old Venezuelan tumbling to the canvas, Mikhailovich set his sights on an Aussie star who himself is looking at a monster world title fight.
“I want (Michael) Zerafa, personally,” Mikhailovich said in his post-fight interview.
“He’s the best and I want to fight the best and I believe I’m the best.
“If me and Zerafa get it on, I’d love that fight so much. It’s a great fight, a pay-per-view fight.
“Let’s go, man. Anytime, any place. I’m ready. I train so hard, I’m ready, so let’s go.”
